These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FaceBot, a software product available at fb0t.com, including our web dashboard and browser extension (collectively, the "Service"), operated by FaceBot ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

FaceBot is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. It provides a web dashboard and an optional browser extension containing productivity and content-management tools for social-media creators, marketers, and page owners. The tools run client-side in your own browser and operate on accounts and content you own or are authorized to manage. The Service is software only; we do not provide any physical goods.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

The Service is offered on free and paid subscription tiers (Free, Gold, Pro, and Ultimate). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial on certain plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends from your account dashboard. See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms, policies, and rules of any third-party platform you interact with through the tools. You are solely responsible for the accounts, content, and actions you take using the Service. You agree not to use the Service to violate the rights of others, to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service or its security.

6. Third-Party Platforms & No Affiliation

FaceBot is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Third-party platforms may change their features, interfaces, or policies at any time, which can affect or interrupt the availability of certain tools; we do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with any third-party platform.

7. Intellectual Property & License

The Service, including all software, design, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own internal purposes. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or platform policies.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
