Refund Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
FaceBot (fb0t.com) is a digital subscription software product. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund. By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied. If you are a first-time paid subscriber and are not happy with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid purchase. Simply email us and we will refund that charge.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your account details and a brief reason for the request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Free Trials
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. To avoid a charge, cancel before the trial ends from your account dashboard. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the 7-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies to that first charge.
4. Recurring Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see our Cancellation Policy). Renewal charges after the initial 7-day window are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for billing errors or duplicate charges. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a completed billing period.
5. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly investigate and correct any verified error.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are happy to help and can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
